Data entry /Administration/ Pick packer to join a leading organization based in St Marys
The role will require someone who has previous experience working in data entry/ returns /pick packing. Such things as strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency will all be critical to your success in this role.
Your main duties will include:
- RF scanning
- Communicate with different areas of the business on certain returns
- Inspect and verify parts with returning back to stock
- Processing returns of incorrectly ordered and non-saleable parts
- Verify and inspect all forms, reports, and records relating to product returns
- Daily reporting
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the handling of product returns and exchanges
The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of experience in a similar role. Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills are a must.
This role is only open to Australian Citizens or Australian permanent residents.
