Key Responsibilities include:
- The first point of contact
- Meeting and greeting candidates and clients
- Completing new starter inductions
- Completing and maintaining compliance for subcontractors
- Managing fleet vehicles
- Completing incident reports
- General office administration support
- Ordering office/ kitchen supplies
- General phone and email inquiries
- Previous reception experience
- Highly developed communication skills with excellent customer service skills
- Works efficiently in a team environment
- Intermediate MS Excel/ Word
