Amazing opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager, within one of Sydney's largest cleaning provider. 

Your new company 
Cleaning services provider, in which have been established for over 15 years providing excellent services. 


Your new role 
An experienced and well-presented manager required to take ownership of a NSW Account. You will be responsible for effectively managing Clients and to guarantee operations and ensuring efficiency throughout business, safeguarding works are completed on time and to the highest standards. 

Conducting onsite inspections, and quality insurance on a day to day basis liaising with Supervisors, Team Leaders and especially Clients. To maintain relationships and keep high level service. A key criteria for the role is budget management and procurement and maintain the current high level of communication and customer service between all stakeholders. 


What you'll need to succeed 
To succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate operation and project management experience with a service or soft service provider. Have excellent interpersonal skills that can communicate throughout all levels of the business, followed with great leadership skills and strong organisational planning. You have profound verbal and written communication skills, shadowed with computer literacy. To be successful for this role, you must have a current NSW driver licence to have or willing to obtain a police check and WWCC.
